The Tripura Board of Joint Test (TBJEE) administers the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination, often known as TJEE, at the state level for admissions to engineering/technology, fisheries, veterinary, agricultural, paramedical, and other programmes.at addition to Dharmanagar, TJEE is also administered at Kailasahar, Ambassa, Udaipur, Santirbazar, and Agartala.

TBJEE Eligibility
Checking the prerequisites is advised before applying for any course. A candidate is not permitted to take the exam if they do not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must have lived in Tripura State permanently or continuously for at least ten years.
- Candidates must have successfully completed the Joint Entrance Examination at the Higher Secondary Examination of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education/Central Board of Secondary Education, or an examination of equal standing, with topics pertinent to or closely linked to the degree they choose to study.
- Candidates for the TBJEE must be All India Services Officers born in the Manipur-Tripura cadre or be the offspring of State Government workers stationed outside of Tripura.
- Candidates not living in Tripura but their parents are in the Government of Tripura / Officer of the Central Government for more than 3 years are also eligible.
