The status of the TANCET 2024 application form has been made public as March 2024. The Anna University oversees the TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) examination. An annual admissions test at the state level is given. Candidates who wish to enrol in a postgraduate programme in the Tamil Nadu state must take the test.

• The application fee will be submitted through online mode.
• Application fee can be paid using different payment gateways like Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking.

Application fee for different categories are as follows:

Educational Qualification

For MBA

• A bachelor’s degree from an approved college in any discipline is required of applicants.
• Qualifying Marks: Students must have earned at least 50% (45% for restricted categories) on their qualifying degree.

For MCA

• Qualifications: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum Passing Scores: Candidates must have passed the entrance exam with at least 50% (45% for candidates in the reserved category) of the total possible points.
• Subject Requirements: Students must have taken Mathematics in grades 10+2 in order to be admitted.

M.E., M. Arch, M. Tech, and M. Plan students

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university in the relevant discipline.
• Qualifying Marks: Candidates must have scored at least 50% on the qualifying test (45% for students who are members of the reserved category).
