IGKV CET Notification
The IGKV Common Entrance Test (IGKV CET) is administered to candidates seeking admission to Postgraduate (PG) and Ph.D. programmes in Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, and Agriculture. On or before May 2024, qualified applicants may submit an application for the IGKV CET 2024.
IGKV CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should verify their eligibility before submitting their IGKV CET 2024 application form and application fee. The conducting body will reject the applicant’s application form if they do not meet the qualifying requirements but nevertheless submit it. Candidates can review the IGKV CET 2024 eligibility requirements below.
Citizenship: In order to be eligible, a candidate must be a citizen of Chhattisgarh. Candidates who hold the required degree from the IGKV are exempt from this requirement.
PG CET
- Age Requirement (as of August 2024): Applicants must be at least 20 years old.
- Requirements: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited university using the 10+2+4 system, with a minimum GPA of 6.00 or 60% in the examination marks system, or an equivalent grade.
Regarding PhD CET
- Age Restriction: There is no age restriction for admission to the PhD programme.
- Requirements: Candidates must hold an M.Sc. degree in the appropriate subject with a minimum of 65% marks, or an OGPA of 3.00/4.00, 6.50/10.00.

How to Apply for IGKV CET 2024?
Before the application form’s last date of availability, candidates must submit their applications for the IGKV CET 2024. For more information and to apply for the IGKV CET 2021 test, see the instructions listed below.
- Step 1: After the application form is released, click on the link that will be supplied above.
- Step 2: In the upper right corner of the page, in a green box, click the Admission 2024 link.
- Step 3: A fresh page opens. Choose the PhD Online Counselling 2024 or the PG Online Counseling 2024 by clicking on it.
- Step 4: Select the available CET for PG/CET for Ph.D. option.
- Step 5: Select the Login link.
- Step 6: Type in your registration number, birth date, and cellphone number. Also, respond to the question, then choose Get OTP. Your registered cellphone number will get an OTP.
- Step 7: On the following page, input your OTP and select the “Apply Online” link on the left side of the screen.
- Your application form will show up at step eight. Complete the needed general and personal information.
- Step 9: Upload the necessary files with the correct criteria, including the signature and photo.
- Attach all of the necessary documents in Step 11.
- Step 12: Complete the necessary payment and press the Final Submit button at the bottom of the page.
